HEAL What Harms You!

Unless/ until, you are ready, willing, and able, to proceed, in an introspective, objective manner, you will be challenged, to become, the best, you might, possibly, become! Physicians are directed, to, Do no harm, and, most of us, would benefit, by using the same type of mindset! Unfortunately, too often, we become, our own, worst enemy, and, although, we often, realize this, are either, not, ready, or prepared, to proceed, in their own, best interests! We should, proceed, to, consistently, persistently, HEAL, whatever, harms you, and put - yourself - first, in this regard. With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, how, this approach, is, often, personally beneficial.
1. How (do you know); happy/ happiness; healing/ healthy; holistic; head/ heart: Begin this process, by giving yourself, a check - up, from the neck - up. and asking, how do you know, what you want, and makes you happiest, and most fulfilled! When we are happiest, we usually, proceed, in a more healthy manner, and a positive, healing one! Don't limit your possibilities, and use, a holistic approach, which considers, both, your emotional and logical needs/ requirements, in a head/ heart balance!
2. Energy/ energize; endurance; excellence; examine: Take the time, to fully consider, and examine, your personal needs and requirements! What energizes you, and how might you, use your personal energy, to provide greater endurance, discipline, and comfort? Never settle for good - enough, but, rather, seek the finest possibilities, for genuine, personal excellence (whatever that means and represents, to you, personally)!
3. Attitude; aptitude; attention; actions: You can think you can, or think you can't. Either way, you'll be correct. This statement, often credited to Henry Ford, states the essential value, of proceeding, with a positive, can - do, attitude! Open - your - mind, and pay keen attention, to your personal needs, and goals, and what pleases, and displeases, you! Once you've examined yourself, proceed, with the actions needed, to make you better, more valuable, happier, and healthier!
4. Listen; learn; lessons; lessen; like/ love: Listen to your inner - voice, and learn from every experience, etc! When you learn, and apply, these lessons, you will lessen the negative possibilities, and accentuate the positives! Fully consider, what you like and love, about you, and what, might make you happier, and more comfortable!
We HEAL ourself, when we emphasize the possibilities, expand the restrictions of our self - imposed, comfort zone, and strive, consistently, to be better, and happier! Will you possess this commitment and discipline?
